3 Days a week, 10-hour days, 8 hours patient-facing, 2 hours Admin Time (days of the week TBD).

Number of Shifts Needed per Month:

MUST be able to commit to one of the following: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off or alternating weeks.

Call Requirements:

At least once a week
