Lacks Employee Health Facility operated by Trinity Health for patients and their families enrolled in the Lacks Medical Plan

The physician will dedicate 100% of their time to practicing at the newly renovated Lacks Employee Health Facility, which features spacious modernized patient rooms.
Clinic is a concierge type practice with 30-minute patient visits offering full service primary care, well visits and chronic disease with low-cost acute care visits as well as occupational health
On-site medications for patients and lab draws
Current clinical team includes 1 physician, 1 advanced practice professional, 5 support staff (mix of MAs & BOC), and a dedicated practice leader.
Physician will be able to deliver high level patient centered care, fostering strong, trusting relationships while effectively managing a shared patient panel of approximately 1,500 individuals across providers.
Clinic is open 7a-5p Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays

Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
Documenting in Epic EMR
