Position Type:

Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Office Hours:

Monday, 7:30am to 6pm, Tuesday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
Family Medicine Physician
Team Size:

2 providers, 3 APPs, 2 LMSW, Pharm D, Care manager and 21 support staff
Teaching Opportunities:

Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
Physicians rotated a on call week throughout the year (approx.
