Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a travel Physical Therapist opportunity in Milford, MA providing home health care where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active MA Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
Home Health experience preferred. Candidates with Hospital or SNF experience will be considered.
Experience using electronic medical records. Ability to meet productivity target of 6 points/day (30 points/week).
May consider a PT/COTA pair; COTA applicants may be considered when submitted with a PT.
