Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
Ability to manage caseloads typical of SNF environments, including restorative and discharge planning documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Meal Break: 30 minutes.
Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
