Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist team based in Janesville, WI, supporting patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient settings. Bachelor‘s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Wisconsin state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
Experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, or outpatient settings preferred.
Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Patient population: skilled nursing facility, assisted living, and outpatient.
