Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Outpatient orthopedics experience required
Outpatient orthopedics only
~ 30 minutes to 1-hour evaluations for certain cases, including vestibular and out-of-house referrals
