Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent

Assignment Details
Outpatient setting.
Schedule: 4 x 10s.
Shift days: Saturday - Tuesday.
Shift hours: 7:30am to 6pm.
No call.
Assignment length: 13 weeks.

Location Highlights
Fort Bragg sits along the Mendocino Coast and offers direct access to Glass Beach and the Noyo Headlands Park trail system.

MacKerricher State Park is about 4 miles north and includes coastal trails, dunes, and tide pools suited to an outdoor lifestyle. Mendocino is about 10 miles south and provides galleries, ocean bluffs, and dining in a walkable village setting. The area also offers access to Pacific Ocean views and redwood scenery, with opportunities for kayaking on the Noyo River and hiking near Russian Gulch State Park.
