Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Some LTC experience
Must no longer require supervision

Location Highlights
Cottage Grove offers access to both outdoor recreation and nearby city amenities, with Eugene located about 20 miles north via Interstate 5.
