Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a skilled nursing facility in Branford, CT as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) required.
Compliance with Connecticut fingerprint-based background check requirements for healthcare work.
Ability to provide documentation to meet facility onboarding requirements, including immunizations and screenings.
Preferred: experience with geriatric populations, post-acute care, and common SNF equipment and procedures.
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:30–16:30.
Contract Length: 14 weeks.
Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
