Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New York State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care environments preferred.
Experience with common geriatric diagnoses, mobility programs, and restorative therapy preferred.
