Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist opportunity in Bakersfield, CA working in an outpatient setting where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in outpatient physical therapy required.
Client requires competency treating musculoskeletal conditions and performing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
Advanced certification in orthopedics or sports physical therapy preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift Hours: AM 8.
Shift Pattern: 5x8.
Candidate may be required to float to other locations as needed.
