Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a licensed PT, you’ll deliver individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and safety, helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes in the EMR, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to care planning.
