Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation | Orlando FL | Nonprofit Hospital + PSLF

Nealy Pierce is partnering with a nonprofit hospital system in the Orlando, FL area to hire a full-time Inpatient Rehab (IPR) Physical Therapist. This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based position with a neurologically complex caseload, modern rehab technology, and a clinical culture built around mentorship and team-based care. New graduate PTs with IPR rotation experience are welcomed alongside experienced inpatient rehab clinicians.

Permanent full-time hospital position

Compensation & Benefits:

Meaningful sign-on bonus structured over a multi-year commitment

Who Fits This Role:

DPT or MPT graduate from an accredited physical therapy program

Active or pending applicable state PT license

Acute care PTs with a relevant inpatient rotation will be strongly considered

Team-first mindset with a servant-leader approach to care
