Whether you are a new graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced clinician looking to expand your clinical expertise and leadership opportunities, you will have the support and resources to build a rewarding long-term career with H2 Health.Your Role Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals
Provide evidence-based treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Raintree EMR
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while contributing to a positive and engaging clinic cultureRequirementsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable stateNew graduates are encouraged to applyStrong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care BenefitsWhy H2 Health?
