Responsibilities:

You’ll achieve success by:

60;
Reviewing patients medical history

60;
Provide excellent individualized care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person 60;
Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns

60;
Developing individualized treatment plans for patients

with clear goals and expected outcomes

60;
Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury

60;
Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
Qualifications:

Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
A Physical Therapist currently licensed in Florida (or able to expeditiously begin licensing process)
Working knowledge of computer and EMR software applications
All experience levels encouraged to apply

Compensation:

60; $85,000-$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous time off, medical, dental, vision, disability and a 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
