Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals in both home and public settings
• Utilize effective communication techniques
• Empower clients to achieve daily living tasks
• Provide necessary personal care and support
• Document and track client progress accurately
Requirements:
• Diploma in related human services program
• Experience with developmental disabilities or mental health
• Knowledge of ASL or SEE is beneficial
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs occasionally
