Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Role description

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Arroyo Grande, CA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a hospital setting. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to patient recovery and to gain experience in an acute care environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
Current documentation of professional credentials and any state-required background checks as applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing populations preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift Hours: 0700-1530.
