Role description

Locum Obstetrics/Gynecologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Tolar, TX. TX license preferred.

Call Only.
Expect 9-10 call days per month starting at noon on friday until 7am monday.
Call Type: Beeper.
Practice Settings: Inpatient.
Required Specialty Skills: Low risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, Level I/Screening (viability), Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section, Complicated delivery, C-section
Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC‘s, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA‘s, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA‘s.
Preferred: High risk pregnancy, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Open.
What are the average number of deliveries per year: 630.
Required Certifications: NRP.
Licensed in TX only.
Level 4 Trauma.
EMR: Athena/ Medhost.
Credentialing: 30 - 45 days.
$2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
