Role description
New Job Details OBGYNLocation:
California Central Valley near Fresno
Duration:
June December with potential to extend
Schedule:
2-4 weeks per month - the more availability, the better
Clinic hours:
M-F, 8a-5p
Call:
2x per week, 7a-7p (M-F)
>call for group's patients during the day only
>no night calls, no weekends (Separate group covers night and weekend call)
Clinic volume:
20 patients per day
Patient volume:
4,500 annual delivers split between 3 local groups and the OB hospitalist
Scope:
They will be primarily be OB (pre/post natal)
Some GYN in clinic (not required)
Some GYN if the CNMs need help with their patients
No scheduled GYN
Admin responsibilities:
lab follow ups, inbox, charts (no MA, but has AI support)
EMR:
Cerner
Hospital:
Level III trauma
Group:
No need to supervise CNMs just help if they have a GYN emergent surgery for the groups patients (including OBGYN and CNM), 1 other OBGYN
Support:
MDA/CRNA in house 24/7, OB laborist group for unassigned patients and back up emergency C-section
Requirements (boards, license):
board certified or board eligible with an active California license at time of application
