Coverage Model:
1 Laborist in-house per shift
Privates manage their own patients
Hospital Deliveries (Monthly Avg.): 72
OBHG (Hospitalist Program) Deliveries: 600 assigned + 40 unassigned annually
Clinical Responsibilities
GYN Coverage: No (except emergent cases only)
Primary Duties: Labor & Delivery coverage for unassigned patients
NICU Level: No NICU onsite
Nearby Referral Facility: Level 3B NICU at main hospital
Facility Setup:
10 Newborn bassinets
10 LDRP rooms
Support & Resources
Backup Available: Yes

Emergency Medicine Physicians
MFM: Available (not onsite)
In-House Anesthesia: 24/7
EFM Certification: Required
Key Requirements
Board Certification: Required (OB/GYN)
EFM Certification: Required
GYN: Emergent only
