Electronic Medical Record (EMR):EPIC
Certifications required: Must be Board Certified, must have Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
License required or accepting IMLC: Must have an active Indiana License, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)(or one that is easily transferable)Job Benefits
