Facility in Jackson, MI seeking Outpatient Neurology locums coverage

Rates: $280/hr

Opportunity Highlights

Flexible Terms: Open to Locum Tenens, Locum-to-Permanent, or direct Permanent placement.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (No weekends or on-call required).
Practice Setting: Outpatient Neurology Clinic.
Group Dynamics: Join an established group of 3 physicians with a dedicated support staff including an RN Navigator and 4 Medical Assistants.
EMR: Epic.
Clinical Responsibilities

Patient Load: office/clinic patients per day.
Demographics: 95% Adult, 5% Pediatric.
Procedures:
EMG (Electromyogram)
Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial)
Candidate Requirements

Board Certification: Required.
Licensure: Active Michigan (MI) State License is required.
Certification: Active BLS.
Background: Clean background is highly preferred.
NPDB: Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days is required for submission.
Commitment: Must be available for full-time hours (40 hours/week).
