Position Summary
The Mowing Divisional Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mowing division, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role manages staff, schedules work, maintains customer satisfaction, and is accountable for the division's overall performance and profitability.

Manage daily mowing operations and scheduling.

Supervise, train, and support field staff.

Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.

Monitor budgets, labor, and equipment.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

Experience in landscape or commercial mowing operations.

Previous leadership or management experience.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license.
