We're in search of a dedicated Recruiter in Montreal who is well-versed in health and safety regulations. This full-time role focuses on planning and executing recruitment strategies tailored to our needs.
In this position, you'll conduct initial and follow-up interviews while strategizing on candidate sourcing. You'll ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records in both the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS. Your commitment to on-boarding candidates smoothly will play a critical role in our success.
