Montreal Bilingual Pharmacy Support Specialist

Role description

Drive pharmacy solutions and support in Montreal as a Bilingual Pharmacy Support Specialist. This role focuses on enhancing pharmacy system functionalities and supporting Quebec store operations.
In this one-year term contract, you'll report to the Director of QC Initiatives and provide essential second-level business support. Duties include evaluating testing procedures, assisting with stakeholder documentation, and liaising with pharmacy teams for effective program rollout. Your expertise will help facilitate successful pharmacy operations and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide second-level support for pharmacy systems
• Create documentation and research functional solutions
• Develop and execute training plans for pharmacy staff
• Assist with installation and integration of new systems
• Analyze operational impacts of pharmacy initiatives
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• 2-3 years of pharmacy practice experience in Quebec
• Familiarity with Assyst-Rx and pharmacy workflow
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and JIRA
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
