Mont-Royal Family Caregiver Position

Role description

Become a Mont-Royal Family Caregiver, supporting the MiRo… Family with their children and grandparents. This full-time position offers a flexible and engaging caregiving role.
As a Family Caregiver, you'll travel between three homes, attending to two young children and their grandparents. Your responsibilities will include organizing daily activities, meal preparation, and ensuring safety. Proficiency in French or English and strong independent work skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Care for and supervise children aged 4 and 6
• Manage daily routines and appointments
• Engage children in crafts, games, and reading
• Assist grandparents with personal care tasks
• Prepare meals and handle kitchen cleanup
Requirements:
• Secondary school education or Canadian equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in caregiving
• Reliable and capable of working independently
• Flexibility to work weekends as required
• Ability to multitask and maintain a safe environment
