MCL Talent Partners is looking for a dependable, hard-working professional in the greater Omaha area who is ready to leave behind manual labor, exhausting shift work, or dead-end retail jobs.
This is a full-time sales role with a clear path to leadership. Our client promotes 100% from within — every manager started in this exact position. You will learn the business from the ground up with a dedicated mentor.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
You will be fully supported from your very first day by a one-on-one coach who will teach you every part of our community-based operation. Once trained, you will:
Meet face-to-face with business owners and professionals to understand what their teams need.
Deliver simple, straightforward presentations to help businesses understand the supplemental insurance options available to their employees.
Enroll clients and manage your own relationships and schedule
Take full ownership of your own schedule, appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups.
Build and manage your own client relationships
Follow a proven sales process with daily activity expectations
Participate in structured training, coaching, and leadership development
Who We're Looking For
Backgrounds as warehouse leads, shift supervisors, restaurant captains, or assistant managers are a plus
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a new skill set
Comfortable talking to new people and handling rejection
Coachable and able to follow a system
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Willing to complete state licensing (full support provided)
