WSi is currently seeking experienced

LPNs

for an opportunity in an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Colorado Springs. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy providing hands-on patient care and supporting patients as they recover from complex medical conditions.
What You‘ll Do:
Provide skilled nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice
Assist with admissions, assessments, and daily patient care
Care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support successful patient recovery
