Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with 30-minute lunch break
Up to 30 patients per day as clinic volume grows
New clinic -- patient volume may vary initially
Primary care scope -- new evals, H&Ps, follow-ups, sick visits, annuals
Specialist referrals required
Hospital privileges required
Patients ages 2 and up
