Ongoing assignment -- scheduled clinical hours plus call
Beeper call with 30 - 60 minute response time required
Both inpatient and outpatient coverage required
Adult patients required -- pediatric patients preferred
Lap surgery, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and liver surgery required
Ventilation management, chest tube, and central line insertion required
Pediatric surgery and trauma experience preferred
Hospital privileges required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
