Trauma Level: III
Model: Medical direction - CRNA supervision
Cases: Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Regional, Thoracic
# Beds: 12
# of ORs: 12
EMR: MediTech
Might need to work at other sites as needed
Certification Requirements: Active OH License, BC, ACLS, & PALS.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days, Temps are available
$1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
