Lean Six Sigma Consultant - Western Canada

Toppazzini and Lee Consulting (T&L) is a boutique consulting firm located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. T&L specializes in providing Lean Six Sigma consulting, outsourcing and training for the public sector, health care, manufacturing and financial services.

Although T&L specializes in Lean Six Sigma, our outsourcing practice includes a range of temporary resourcing options such as Information Technology, Business Process Management and Re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma, Human Resources and Project and Risk Management.

We are establishing a pool of qualified sub-contractors to fill contract positions as they arise. The ideal candidate must have 10 or more years of experience in working on or leading Lean Six Sigma projects; experience working with small to medium size organizations and fully versed in Lean. We are looking to fill anticipated contracts in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg.

Responsibilities

• Track record of generating savings and performance improvement for clients;
• Facilitating working groups and project teams;
• Coaching clients in the area of Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma;
• Managing projects;
• Presenting to senior management;
• Application of Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma in manufacturing
