Key Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications accurately and manage inventory levels
• Counsel patients about their medications positively
• Advocate public health education through community events
• Timely resolution of patient and doctor inquiries
• Train and mentor pharmacy staff effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and valid Class A license
• Strong leadership, performance management, and communication skills
• Proven ability to enhance customer relations
• Knowledge of pharmacy management systems highly beneficial
• Problem-solving experience essential
