Key Responsibilities:
• Establish sequencing workflows for Nanopore technology
• Create libraries for NGS applications
• Clone and design antibody DNA constructs
• Perform DNA purification and quality checks
• Contribute to daily lab maintenance and organization
Requirements:
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. with relevant lab experience
• At least 1 year of experience for M.Sc. holders
• Proficiency in Nanopore MinION and molecular techniques
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Capability to work as part of a team
