Opportunity Highlights

Schedule:

Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week; 7:00 AM-5:30 PM; schedule may be 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days

Job Setting:

Outpatient Primary Care Clinic

Types of Cases:

Adult and pediatric primary care, routine visits, acute care, and same-day appointments

Credentialing:

Start upon completion of credentialing; details pending

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified/Board Eligible:

Family Medicine (MD or DO)

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Licensure:

Active Oklahoma license required
