A large, well-supported healthcare system in Southern California s High Desert region is seeking

Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians

for outpatient locum coverage due to increased patient demand.
This opportunity offers immediate impact, strong clinical support, and long-term extension potential.
Compensation

$130 per hour + lodging stipend

Position Highlights

100% Outpatient Primary Care
No OB
No call
Monday Friday schedule
Approximately 23 patients per day
Visits up to 20 minutes
Practice Environment

Established multi-specialty group with 20+ physicians
Strong clinical support: 15+ MAs/LVNs
Dedicated front office, referrals, medical records, and call center teams
On-site translators available (Spanish preferred but not required)
This is a high-volume setting with strong infrastructure, allowing physicians to focus on patient care without administrative burden.
Requirements

MD or DO
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active California license (or willingness to obtain)
DEA and BLS required
