Role description

Provide nutritional assessments and individualized care plans for inpatient and outpatient patients in Ohio. Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement evidence‑based interventions and improve patient outcomes. This role supports the organization’s mission to deliver high‑quality nutrition care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ nutritional status and develop individualized care plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement nutrition interventions

Educate patients and families on dietary guidelines and healthy habits

Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately

Participate in hospital meetings and continuous education to stay current

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification

Ohio state dietitian license

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Internship or supervised practice hours preferred

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a hospital setting

Strong organizational skills
