Role description

This role, set to last until January 30th, 2027, is perfect for those available for a minimum of 32 hours weekly. Maintenance Associates will be responsible for diverse tasks from waste management to equipment upkeep and will require flexibility based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and dispose of materials like wood and cardboard
• Operate balers and compactors effectively and safely
• Change and inspect batteries for powered equipment
• Engage in painting and janitorial responsibilities
• Cooperate on various projects, including working at heights
Requirements:
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently
• Prior experience in general maintenance is beneficial
• Material handling equipment experience is a plus
• Excellent communication ability, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently while prioritizing safety
