Hospitalist Physician Locums Job in Georgia Night Shift 7pm-7am Beginning January 2027 - Ongoing Assignment

Coverage Details
Tuesday - Monday schedule
7 PM - 7 AM
7 on / 7 off rotation
4 providers needed
No call requirements
Credentialing timeframe: 30 days with clean Class 1 file

Requirements
Board Certified
Active Georgia license
Georgia DEA
ACLS
Residency required
Clean malpractice history

Highly Preferred
Providers with inpatient hospitalist experience in community hospital settings
Experience managing ICU patients in an open ICU environment without onsite specialty support overnight

Assignment Details
Responsible for new admissions and overnight cross-coverage
Respond to codes (ER physician will lead codes)
No procedures required
Coverage needed due to new facility opening and staffing needs
8-10 admissions per shift
Support from on-call Critical Care physician
Inpatient hospital medicine patients with coverage of a small/open ICU
No APP support overnight
Intensivists available on call overnight
No additional specialties onsite overnight
EMR: Epic
