Hospitalist Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Pay Rate: $179.45 - $194.25
This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule:

7a-7p with 7 on and 7 off
Total census per provider per shift: 46-50
Procedures required: Standard
Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
Support: 5 Medical Doctors in the day and 2 at night
Certifications and license required: Board Certified, Active Kentucky state medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Credentialing timeframe: 6 weeks
