$6,160 - $7,290

Approximately 18-22 patients per shift

Job Requirements
Active Alaska medical license required
Board certified in ABIM or Family Medicine
At least 1 year of hospital medicine, internal medicine, or inpatient experience preferred
Willingness to work 7 consecutive shifts, preferably 2 weeks per month
Availability for day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and rotating call as needed
Ability to work independently in a closed ICU setting
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult hospital medicine patients
Manage an average census of 18-22 patients per shift
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support quality patient outcomes
Admit, assess, round on, and discharge patients as appropriate
Document accurately and efficiently within the EPIC EMR system
Participate in rotating call coverage and maintain flexibility for evolving clinical needs
Deliver timely, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting
