Home Health LPN

to provide skilled nursing visits throughout the Colorado Springs area. If you have

home health experience

Pay: $36 per Visit
What You'll Do:
Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes
Complete patient assessments and documentation
Administer medications and perform wound care
Educate patients and families
Coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team
