Worksite Setting: Clinic
Scope of Work: Hematology/Oncology Clinic
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license, BC or BE, BLS/ACLS. Must have Hematology/Oncology Fellowship training completed, and certificate in hand.
