Hematology/Oncology Physician

Role description

We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to oncology patients, supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and participate in a 1:3 on-call rotation.

  Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM


• 
  Call Requirement: 1:3 weekly call rotation, 30-minute response time


• 
  Patient Volume:

    Clinic: 15 outpatients/day + APP supervision
  
  
  • 
    New Patients: 2 per day
  
  
  • 
    Encounter Duration: 60 minutes for new patients, 30 minutes for follow-ups
  
  
  
  


• 
  Inpatient Admissions While On Call: 2.5 per day


• 
  EMR: Aria & Cerner


• 
  Privileges Available: Full Privileges

• 
  Board Certification: Required in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology/Oncology


• 
  Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license preferred (will consider candidates with IMLC)


• 
  Experience: Minimum 1 year required (fellows considered)


• 
  DEA & CSR License: Required
