Exciting Gynecologic Oncology opportunity just outside Philadelphia with strong institutional support and immediate volume.

The ideal candidate is a confident, robotically trained Gynecologic Oncologist with strong invasive surgical experience who is comfortable in a solo practice environment. This individual should be personable and collaborative, with a strong interest in building relationships with OB/GYN providers and growing a referral-based program.

83; Build and lead Gynecologic Oncology service line
83; Strong OB/GYN referral base:16 OB/GYN physician + 4 APPs across 3 practices
83; Robust GYN services
83; Goal: retain complex cases in-system (reduce external referrals)

83; Dedicated OR blocked time
83; Robot training preferred
83; Invasive surgical experience required
83; Call Structure: Minimal call burden overall
83; Oncology NP takes first call (majority managed independently)
83; Hospitalist + 2 attendings on call support structure
83; Dedicated Gynecology Oncology Nurse Navigator
83; Dedicated RN + MA support
83; Full ancillary team

83;$500,000 starting salary + rvu’s
83;25 ATO + 7 holidays
83;5 sick days (accruable)
83; CME: $4,000 annually
