Role description

UPMC is seeking a

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist

with an interest in

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) to join a well-established, outpatient-focused gastroenterology practice within our Digestive Disorders program.
This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, practicing high-quality IBD care, and working within a collaborative, clinically driven environment.
Primarily outpatient practice

with a focus on IBD care
Manage patients with

Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis

, including biologic and advanced medical therapies
Access to a strong

multidisciplinary support team

, including colorectal surgery, nutrition, radiology, and infusion services
Minimal inpatient responsibilities, with support from hospital-based teams
Established referral base and streamlined care pathways
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Part of a nationally recognized, integrated health system
Clinical infrastructure designed to support efficiency and physician satisfaction
