Requirements: Active Kentucky License & DEAPosition:NP
Primary Care Physician -
Needed for an ongoing outpatient assignment in Eddyville, Kentucky. The clinician will be required to hold an active Florida State license & DEA.
Schedule: 40 hours per week
3-month assignment
Compensation: $90/hr. plus malpractice coverage insurance
Location: Eddyville, Kentucky
Start Date: ASAP Pending Credentialing
