Full-Time Health Care Aide Needed

Role description

Provide vital support to your community as a Health Care Aide at ParaMed Home Health Care. In this full-time position, you will assist clients with daily tasks and ensure their well-being at home.
Your role as a Health Care Aide includes visiting clients in their residences, preparing meals, and assisting with personal hygiene. You will ensure a clean and supportive environment while building relationships with clients. This position allows for a flexible work schedule, giving you the opportunity to manage your personal life while making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform multiple home visits to assist clients daily
• Prepare healthy meals and help during meal times
• Fulfill basic housekeeping duties for client comfort
• Provide supportive companionship and care for clients
• Aid clients with personal hygiene and daily living needs
Requirements:
• Graduate from an HCA program approved in Alberta
• Able to visit clients' homes regularly
• Prior experience with personal hygiene care is beneficial
• Skills in working with seniors or children are a plus
• Must complete a Criminal Background screening upon hiring
