Position Overview
Outpatient psychiatric practice seeking a Psychiatrist to join its growing team in Florida’s highly desirable Treasure Coast region. The organization is focused on delivering comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a long-term mission centered on serving Veterans, First Responders, individuals affected by PTSD, and the broader community.

83; 100% outpatient psychiatry practice
83; Flexible schedule with virtual/telemed options
83; No call responsibilities, No weekends
83; Patient volumes of approximately 8-10 patients per day
83; Integrated care model combining medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and family involvement
83; Access to in-office NeuroStar TMS technology
83; Potential partnership opportunity available
83; EMR platform includes voice-to-text functionality with AI enhancements

Compensation & Benefits
83; Total compensation potential of $325,000–$350,000
83; Performance-driven bonus structure based on clinical quality, outcomes, and patient care
